Growing a beard...

It only seems appropriate whit an incoming Space Wolves army.

I've been doing a lot of reading and I think I have come up with my shopping list. Really trying to go "fluffy" with the Woofies.

Here's the list so far: 

HQ -

Ragnar Blackmane 

How could I not try this guy out? War Howl, Insane Bravado, Furious charge AND +d3 Attacks on the charge? YES PLEASE!

Rune Priest ( Jaws of the World Wolf/Living Lightning)

Again, an obvious choice. After perusing the abilities available to this guy... wow. Just wow.  Jaws is bound to keep people on their toes.

TROOPS -

9 Grey Hunters,  (Drop Pod)

Pretty Straight forward here. Going to put ragnar in with these guys. The +d3 attacks will be put to good use with their WS4.

10 Grey Hunters, Wolf Guard (x2Meltas, Drop Pod)

x2 Blood Claws (Rhino)

Mobile assualt force. I can't wait to see these guy in action. 

ELITES -

 x2 Lone Wolf

Too fluffy to pass up, honestly. The whole idea of Lone Wolves is awesome to me. Really liking the reversed kill-point mechanic. And with beastslayer, I'm really looking forward to taking on some big beasties.

Wolf Scout Pack (Melta, Power Weapon, Chainfist)

That'll give me a good choppy edge (and one more bs4 melta) that can come in on any edge I want on a 3+. Worth it? Yes.

HEAVY SUPPORT -

 x2 Long Fang squad, Wolf Guard (2Las, 3Heavy Bolter)

5 HEAVY WEAPONS! Need I say more? And with fire control I just... *drool* Coming from my IG background, this is like something from a late-night skin flick. Too good to pass up.

Dreadnought

Obligatory. Never played any type of SM, figured I may as well get a good flavor!

There we have it!

Somewhere around 2000pts. Probably little shy, but I wont know for sure until I have the codex in my hand.

I'm really excited to for tooth and nail with the Sons of Russ.

Should be within the month, can't wait!
